About Me

I am a Network Engineer specializing and passionate about Automation, Cloud, Security, and integration of AI/ML for building scalable infrastructure and optimal solutions.

With years of industry experience in large-scale network automation projects, I bridge the gap between traditional networking and modern technologies. My recent achievements include:

  • Amazon Web Services HPC ML Fabric Network Automation (2025): Delivered MVP for automated network decommission, reducing time from 7+ hrs to 2 hrs per rack.
  • BCRVS: Blockchain-Based Voting Research (2025): Deployed network across 3 AWS regions 9 AZs cloud infrastructure (In Review ACNS 2026 #174).
  • AI Network Assistant(2025): Integrates Gemini AI, MCP, pyATS, and Terraform for unified network and cloud automation through natural language.
  • LLM Assisted Container Security Analysis (2025): Integrates SAST tools with LLM to detect CVEs, and provide clear, context-rich insights providing efficient vulnerability management.
  • Axiata IPRAN/IPCore Migration (2024): Migrated 150+ IPRAN nodes, reducing regional regional outages.

My Journey..

From my home in Nepal, my networking journey began not in a classroom, but out of curiosity and necessity. Faced with a limited mobile data plan, I found myself exploring the neighbor's Wi-Fi with Kali Linux. That initial dive into network security—discovering WPA keys, MITM attacks, and Nmap—was a revelation. While an ambitious attempt to dual-boot my system cost me my data, it ignited a passion that set my career path.

This spark led me to pursue a degree in Electronics and Communication, where I explored everything from building robots with Arduino to full-stack software development. However, my fascination was truly reignited in my undergraduate networking courses, solidifying my focus as I dove deep into CCNA, spending countless hours in Packet Tracer and GNS3. The COVID-19 pandemic was a global catalyst, revealing the network as the critical backbone of modern life. This realization cemented my resolve to not just participate in this field, but to master it.

This belief fueled a three-and-a-half-year role as a Network Engineer at Huawei, where I evolved from pulling patch cords to architecting and automating large-scale projects impacting millions of users. This journey culminated in a pivotal role as a Network Development Engineer at Amazon Web Services (AWS). At this cloud giant, I had the privilege of delivering a high-impact MVP to automate the intricate AWS HPC fabric network—the very infrastructure that powers the demanding AI and Machine Learning workloads of today.

I am a passionate Network Development Engineer who sees the bigger picture, bridging traditional networking with modern cloud and AI systems. My approach is not just about configuring devices; it's about architecting holistic, scalable solutions that are technically robust and strategically aligned with business goals. I believe in building sustainable technology that empowers the teams who use it.

Now pursuing my Master's in Computer Science with a specialization in Network and Security, I am taking this time to expand my knowledge, understand, and explore the more possibilities in the domain, all while enjoying the automation and playing with the tools. Located in the USA, I have also been enjoying the people, the culture, and the vibrant international community and folks out here.
